If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address, consent time, and subscription status so an administrator can manage the list. Newsletter emails are not sent until an email delivery provider is configured. The site also uses a necessary session cookie for secure administrator sign-in and CSRF protection.
Use of information
Contact information is used to review and respond to messages. Feedback and any optional email address are used to review feedback and follow up when appropriate. Newsletter email addresses are used only to manage the newsletter signup list. Administrator session data is used only to maintain secure access. We do not sell personal information to third parties or send contact-form email notifications from this local build.
Cookies
The administrator area uses an HTTP-only, same-site session cookie. Public pages use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage; it may use cookies or similar identifiers and process technical and interaction data under Google’s privacy terms.
Retention
Contact messages and feedback submissions remain in the site's database until an administrator removes them from the secure admin area. Newsletter signups remain in the database until an administrator unsubscribes them. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal or financial information in a contact message or feedback submission.
